Technical Center
The Ring Container Technologies Technical Center houses the Product Development, Design Engineering, Technical Services and Quality Improvement functions for the company.
Product Development and design capabilities include concept to finished product design specifications. Computer Aided Design and Development includes drawing and 3D model generation as well as virtual modeling, complete with the ability to include customers' artwork on conceptual products. From these designs, physical models, one-off samples, and production molds may be produced.
Technical Services provides complete support for all Ring Container Technologies manufacturing locations with new equipment design and fabrication, equipment maintenance and installation. This function may be called upon by Ring Container Technologies plants to support any level of equipment installation.
A complete physical testing laboratory is located in the Technical Center in which precision measurement and structural testing may be done.
Support for quality system implementation is done from this location, including development of testing applications for integrated Computer Assisted Testing systems used at our manufacturing plants.
