1. Select a shipping carton that is large enough to allow for a minimum of 3" of loose-fill on all six sides. If item(s) is heavier than 10 pounds, allow for 4" or more.
2. Pour a minimum of 3" of loose-fill into the bottom of the carton.
4. Fill the carton with remaining loose-fill. The carton must be overfilled, leaving a crown. This is necessary to lock the loose-fill around the product.

3. Position the product in the center of the carton. Be sure there is a minimum of 3" clearance on all sides.
5. Fold down flaps. Apply pressure on top of carton to compress the loose-fill. Be sure top flaps are flat. |
