   Rapac utilizes the direct injection process for producing expanded polystyrene products. This system allows for the blending of various materials and gases that would be impractical in reactors, which is the standard process for producing EPS. RAPAC's production department utilizes a strict SPC Program that is coupled with a strong Qaulity Assurance Program to insure product quality.

NEW PRODUCT DESIGN

RAPAC has the engineering capabilities to design a product of special shapes and properties that will meet your needs. We have developed special patented products for lightweight drainage systems, which improved the product performance in critical areas.

RAPAC has the capabilities of adding various components to polystyrene to give your product the special properties you require. Our special designed metering systems allow for tight controls of the additives. The production department operates with a strict SPC program to insure your quality standards are met.

SPECIAL BLOWING AGENTS

Iso-pentane is the typical blowing agent used by EPS producers, but RAPAC can offer you various blowing agents to meet your specific requirements.
